Marina Bay, Kallang and the City from Meyer Blue

Meyer Road is a seaside address close to the centre. From Meyer Blue, the Kallang sports precinct, Marina Bay and the Central Business District are all a short drive, a few train stops or a bicycle ride away.

The developer’s brochure gives about 12 minutes by car to the Central Business District along the East Coast Parkway, and Raffles Place MRT station is about 4.6 kilometres from the site in a straight line. On the Thomson-East Coast Line, Katong Park station connects directly to Marina Bay and Shenton Way.

Suntec City is about eight minutes away by car and Marina Bay Sands about ten, by the developer’s table; on OneMap they are about 3.6 and 3.9 kilometres from the site.

Kallang and the Sports Hub near Meyer Blue

The Singapore Sports Hub, with the National Stadium, the Indoor Stadium and Kallang Wave Mall, is about six minutes by car on the developer’s estimate and about 2.2 kilometres in a straight line. Stadium MRT station on the Circle Line is about 1.9 kilometres away. The developer’s brochure describes plans to grow the Kallang precinct as a hub for sport, lifestyle and events.

Gardens by the Bay from Meyer Blue

Across the Kallang Basin, Bay East Garden is about 2.6 kilometres from the site and the main Gardens by the Bay a little further. The developer’s brochure gives about 19 minutes by bicycle to Gardens by the Bay and about 15 to the Marina Barrage. Further west, the Greater Southern Waterfront is planned by the Urban Redevelopment Authority to free about 1,000 hectares of land and 30 kilometres of coastline as the port moves to Tuas.
